  We bought a Peugeot 308 from Robins and Day and dealt with Frazer, who provided us with very good customer service, however I feel that the communication and some staffs attitude within this team needs to be vastly improved. and many staff would benefit from training as we had several messages that did not get through to Frazer.
  At one point, after over 24 hours of no contact, when we were trying to phone the department to buy the car, we nearly went elsewhere as we rang several times and messages were not passes on, even from the main reception who had intercepted one of our phone calls. One time when I called, I asked the recipient to ensure the message would be passed on only to receive what I felt was a sarcastic response. This is such a simple thing to put right and so important for good customer service. Even the competitor who we nearly bough from provided fabulous service even though we didn't buy their car . It was only the product that did it for us I'm afraid. And looking at the reviews for this branch, I am not the only one.
