  I cannot fault the service of the reception ladies. One in particular, I think her name was Margie, was absolutely amazing. She was kind and said I could bring my son in to try and get an appointment that day. She put me on the waiting list there and then. Luckily someone cancelled their appointment so she slotted my son into that one. My son was diagnosed with Bells Palsey, which left untreated could have a severe affect on his sight. The doctor was fantastic. However I would not have gotten in so quickly if Margie the receptionist had not been sympathetic and helpful. My experience of this surgery was that it was well run and the doctor was not the usual five minutes then your out. He took his time to diagnose the symptoms and had excellent social skills when treating my son. He was sympathic and concerned.
