  I used them to sell my flat and was very happy with the service provided, both before and after I accepted an offer on my place.
  We ended up being part of a long, complicated chain, and our contact at WHB played a big part in chasing everyone up and getting us through to completion.
  Would definitely recommed to friends or family.

  Rented as a private tenant through them recently. Very stressful experience. Rude, insincere, unhelpful, at times incompetent, aggressive sales tactics etc. Given incorrect guarantor salary quota initially. Lack of communication if any hold ups occurred. Paid fees for 'admin', then expected to chase up companies ourselves regarding salary confirmation. Left us in the end with 24 hours to pack our things and move out of our old property. Been a nightmare to be honest. Would definitely not recommend.
