  Great gym equipment. Shame about the ignorant staff. Terrible service on an almost daily basis. They are always rude and reluctant to help, never greet you with a smile and act like they don't have time for you. I've even had them roll their eyes when asked to fill my water bottle, they're too busy eating, talking to other members of staff or on their phones. (The only way to fill your bottle is to have them do it for you here.) Also, the tap water is always warm. The complete opposite of what you need during a workout!
