  Charged incorrect amount on an invoice for diagnostic check, and quoted £665.88ex VAT for a part to be fitted to a Transit. After calling round I have found the same part for £37.20 and had it fitted all for under £100.
  
  Won't be sending any of my fleet there again.

  BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE
  Service dept Shocking, Manager uninterested and unhelpful
  Took my Ford Ranger in to have the gearbox looked at.I was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with it twice.
  Decided to take it to a reputable Ford dealership in Ipswich who were very helpful and they found 3 loose bolts on the gearbox and put the problem right whilst i waited. Complete different class of service
  Once you have brought a vehicle from lookers Chelmsford they don't want to know
