  HOPELESS - do not go there. Staff constantly mess up with no apologies offered. Have had all personal data 'lost'; Vodafone shop staff data downloaded onto my mobile instead of my own; a PAYG sim fitted instead of my contract sim incurring huge charges; two new purchased Vodafone mobile phones, one after the other, both of which were faulty and had to be returned (they offered to send the first one away for repair - it was 3 days old!! no offer of a replacement) Yet none of these monumental mess-ups solicited an apology. The inadequacies of the staff are truly mindblowing; they are obviously untrained and appear to have no manners, let alone customer helpfulness. Seriously, do not use this shop.
